A person should drink half their body weight in ounces of water on a “typical” day. A 200-pound person should drink 100 ounces of water every day. Even more so with exercise and activities.
2. Shortage Of Blood
When I was in college, I had a football friend who was constantly fatigued, no matter how much rest he received. He couldn’t figure out why it was so frustrating. He later realized that he was anemic and that he needed to boost his iron levels to correct the problem.
Anemia develops when the body’s red blood cell count is lower than usual. Anemia will make you feel tired regardless of how much sleep you receive. Anemia treated eating meals high in iron, vitamin B12, and folate.
3. Suffering from depression
Depression can occur at any time and is often associated with chronic fatigue. Depression occurs when a person feels nervous, unhappy, or hopeless over an extended period of time.
Sleep problems are a common side effect of depression. Insomnia or sleep apnea are the most common sleep disorders. If you have depression, you may feel weary even if you are not expending much energy on daily duties.

Because technology governs the world . The number of adults doing sedentary employment has risey since the 1970s. Your energy levels will suffer if you live a “exercise can wait” lifestyle.
Sedentary screen time, such as using computers, watching television, and playing video games, has increased. To put things into perspective, adults spend at least 70% of their waking hours sitting!
